As much as I am not surprised by anything this group of people (SDLP elected representatives) will do, I must admit that even for me this is difficult to watch.

    I thought this a particularly interesting point:

    If reciting the parliamentry oath is an issue, then why isn’t using the Queen’s currency, or her postal service? Why isn’t paying tax to Her Majesty’s treasury? Why isn’t putting HP sauce on your bacon butty? Why isn’t creating legislation at stormont which requires her assent? Why isn’t using wesminster expenses to run an office and rent a studio apartment in central London?
