I must say when I heard the unstoppable Caoimhe Ní Chathail (nó Caoimhe cráiceáilte fiú) was interviewing Big Ian for Belfast's Irish language radio station, Ráidió Fáilte, I was shocked (yes, that can still happen within the new dispensation!) but more importantly I thought to myself that this could quite, quietly and in it's own wee way, be one of the most significant indications of how far Ian has moved across a line he once couldn't even fathom.
